This application is compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems, making it accessible on mobile phones and tablets.

To access the app, users are required to input their username and password from the BCR Group’s Virtual Office (www.bancobcr.com).

The app offers a range of functionalities, including the ability to:

• View pension fund balances and notary guarantee funds.
• Generate account statements.
• Update personal information.
• Request withdrawal from the Labor Capitalization Fund upon completion of five years.
• Request withdrawal from the Labor Capitalization Fund due to job cessation.
• Request withdrawal from the Labor Capitalization Fund due to work suspension.
• Request withdrawal from the Labor Capitalization Fund due to reduction in working hours.
• Make ordinary and extraordinary contributions to voluntary funds.
• Check the status of withdrawal requests.
• Inquire about pension funds and notary guarantee funds.
